Welcome to Creator Oasis, a network and platform developed and operated by ReachWolf. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.
1. Introduction
Creator Oasis (“we”, “us”, “our”), a subsidiary of ReachWolf, operates a platform that matches content creators with advertisers seeking to promote brands, products, or services. These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services.
2. Enrollment and Participation (Content Creators & Talent Management)
Invitation Only: Content creators must receive an invitation to join Creator Oasis.
Enrollment: Upon receiving an invitation, content creators must fill out an enrollment form providing details about themselves, their social media channels, and their content.
No Cost to Content Creators: Enrollment and participation in Creator Oasis is free for content creators.
3. Data Usage
Information Sharing: By enrolling, content creators consent to us sharing their information with advertisers and third parties if they meet search criteria. Information may also be shared for advertising, studies, case studies, law enforcement reasons, or other purposes at our discretion.
Forms and Cookies: Our website collects information through various forms, such as contact forms and early access request forms. The website may use cookies to collect additional information about visitors.
4. User Responsibilities
Content Creators & Talent Management: Must provide truthful and accurate information. They must not abuse the platform and cannot hold Creator Oasis accountable for any negative actions from advertisers or third parties.
Advertisers: Must not abuse the platform or attempt to game the system.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in California, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
6. Limitation of Liability
No Warranties: Creator Oasis provides the services “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
Limitation: We shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in content creator information, non-responsiveness, unwillingness to work with advertisers, or any other issues arising from interactions between content creators and advertisers and/or content creators and third parties.
Indemnity: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creator Oasis from any claims arising out of their use of the platform.
6. No Guarantees
We provide no guarantees of any kind including, but not limited to, sponsorships, partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, partnership opportunities, offers, brand deals, advertiser connections, advertiser matching, gifting, product discounts, product delivery, information accuracy, data accuracy, affiliate connections, advertiser matching, exposure to advertisers, exposure to sponsorship opportunities, advertiser communications, or third party communications.
7. Termination
Users may opt-out or terminate their account by emailing getsponsored@creatoroasis.co. Users can also request access to, correct, or delete their information via this email.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email notifications to all opt-in users and will be updated on our website with a Change Log describing the changes and their effective dates.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, United States.
